After consulting with our admin via WhatsApp, you can make a booking and pay the down payment according to the package you selected. Afterward, we will create an invoice tailored to your needs.

Down Payment = 10% of the selected package
Second Payment (booking date) = 50% (7 days before the first event)
Final Payment = 40% (during the event)

      The pre-wedding concept will be discussed together after you consult with our admin and make a booking.

      The discussion will be conducted via WhatsApp group or Zoom meeting, or meet on-site. You are also welcome to share your concept or moodboard, which will then be further discussed and refined with the MUA team, fashion stylist, and photo and video team.

All our pre-wedding packages currently include transportation (Jabodetabek).

       Our pre-wedding package does not include wardrobe (gown/dress/suit), props, or location fees.

       However, we will provide detailed information about these via the WhatsApp group that will be created after your booking.

       The client should book/approve the pre-wedding venue, as each venue has its own terms and conditions that the client should be aware of.

Pre-wedding Session
       Working hours are calculated from the first photo session until completion, according to the working hours stated in the package.

      Example: 8-hour workday, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, including retouching and location transfers. However, we will allow for flexibility if the second location requires you to follow the available schedule.

Wedding and other events.
     Working hours are calculated backward from the end of the event.

Example: A half-day wedding with an 8-hour working day. If the event ends at 2:00 PM, the team will be on standby from 6:00 AM, etc.

Edit Foto & Video
Photo editing according to the selected package: H+7 after the event.
Final Video Teaser: H+7 after the event.
Final Video Highlight: H+14 after the event.
Final Video Documentation: H+30 after the event.

Album & Photo Production
All Printed Photos: 14 days after the client selects photos.
Print Album: 14 days after the client confirms the album layout.

Note* : Everything listed is only an estimate, it could be faster or vice versa, depending on the conditions during production.

All files, print album, all photo prints will be sent via Online Motorcycle Taxi, Courier Service, or picked up at the Layarkaca Photography gallery no later than H+30 from the event (not including shipping costs).
